We currently offer shipping in the U.S. and do accept working with freight forwarders in the U.S. for International orders. Please include your freight forwarders company name and address in your Wholesale Application for us to review.

Our candles are custom made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to pour and dry your candles before they ship out. You will receive tracking updates as soon as your order has left our NYC atelier.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Should your candle arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damage, along with your order number to [email protected]
