Shipping and Handling within United States

Shipping is 15% of your total order value.

All orders placed on our Website are usually processed within 7 working days. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and estimated date of delivery by email. When the order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information and delivery date. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will notify you by either email or telephone. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock. Partial shipments will be processed and will be billed accordingly.

Orders placed for goods delivered within the United States ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS ground shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for arrival. All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from processing date unless otherwise noted. We ship Monday-Friday and any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following working Monday. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Direct International shipping currently not available outside the U.S.

All International Shipping will be shipped to your consolidator/ forwarder within the U.S. For International Shipping upon checkout, please enter your forwarders “Name” and “Care Of” information to ship directly to your forwarder.
